Poor design quality

You get what you pay for. Let's start with how the motor hangs in the ceiling mount could be improved. The square in the slot secured with two #8 screws just doesn't work. The same construction causes major problems when trying to attach the blades later. The gray fan came second in the same order. On the first black fan, I had to strip the powder coating from the fan blade mounting holes before I could align the mounting screws with the motor mounting base. I had to remove the fan 3 times before it was successful. I have installed over 30 ceiling fans in my time as a home remodeler and they were the worst I have ever come across. Besides the bad mount script, it's a nightmare to balance the fan even after strengthening the connection. Ceiling box.
