I got this rolling pin after finding out they existed. It was the nicest I could find. I'm impressed with the quality of the pen itself. Very well done. Rubber adjusters can be a bit difficult to put on or take off. But it's normal. The only thing I would change would be if it had larger spacers. For the production of biscuits and viscous products. (I love thick cookies.) But that's the only thing I want to change. I'll try to make some of these myself. Not sure how it will work. I wanted to make a pie crust with it because that would make it so easy. I'm terrible at balancing my deer. I'm sure this will make it a lot easier. If I can't deal with that, I give up. And just keep baking bread.
