I bought this watch for my 79 year old mother who needs to take her blood pressure several times a day. It's easy and quick to check and their numbers are similar to their Omron monitor. The screen is large and scrolls smoothly, with light weight so it doesn't move easily. useful for my mum as her hearing is deteriorating so less missed calls with the watch. The watch comes with 2 straps, 1 black and 1 pink (which I chose). The straps are leather, not silicone/plastic. My mom loves the fit and feel of the strap and it doesn't give her a rash like the silicones. It's pretty easy to change straps. The app is easy to use and pairing the watch to my phone was quick. Get one for yourself and recommend it to others.
