lasted only two years! Now you need to replace the entire fan assembly again. When we replaced the fan assembly (again), we found that 2 of the 3 screws holding the motor assembly in place were no longer holding the motor in place. You have PASSED! The third screw also threatened to fall out. Apparently engine vibration loosened the bolts and 2 of them eventually just fell out (the last bolt didn't have a lock washer so I'm guessing neither of them had one. The fan was so loose that it was rubbing and damaging the heatsink of my Mini Cooper It needs replacing If you're looking to buy this assembly (although I wouldn't recommend it) I would suggest loosening the three motor mounting bolts and installing a lock washer and then tightening it or putting some kind of strong glue on it There was obviously a manufacturing defect , but neither Revain nor the manufacturer were helpful in discussing warranty and replacement options.
