I ordered this in September 2019. I had other health issues so I placed the unopened product box on my dresser to use when I was done and followed my doctor's instructions. A few weeks ago I was ready to start a new regime when there were more forest fires in our region (our family had to prepare for evacuation). This has kept me out of the game for the last 4.5 weeks. This morning I was ready to start a new regime, wanted to open this product and found that the box was unsealed and there was no vial inside. The bottle inside is only half full and a barcode label is attached to the bottom of the box as if it went through a previous return process. I think I accidentally got an unsealed product returned. I understand I'm out of the date range to make a statement, but I believe mistakes happen and that you can fix them. Please report as soon as possible. I can take a picture of the barcode sticker on the bottom of the box. This is the first time I have received an open box/unsealed container. I'm sure no one in my family opened this product because it was in my room the whole time and no one in my family was interested in herbal remedies. Thank you for your time and help.
