The perfect size personal massager for all body needs. It feels very comfortable in the hand and the vibration is only in the round part of the tip, so the hand does not suffer at all. I really didn't expect this thing to have all the completely different patterns of pulsating vibrations. The first pattern is a simple (as expected) constant vibration, perfect for any body part. I have migraines so this setting is great for my neck and temples. Then press the settings button and it turns on and off crazy vibration patterns of varying duration and intensity. I laughed so hard going through all the settings because each one is a bit wilder than the last. There is an intensity setting, but I can't tell if the vibration speed is different when pressed, which is why mine isn't working. It's pretty quiet, but you can definitely hear it. There are dark red markings on the handle to help you identify where the buttons are as they are difficult to see on the black body. The magnetic charging cable does not stick to the body of the massager very well when charging, so you need to pick it up properly and make sure not to bump it or the cable will not come off. It's waterproof. Overall this is a great little massager and I think almost anyone can find a setting to suit whatever part of the body it is used on. Love this massager.
