As long as you use the lotion conscientiously, you will be amazed at the results. If you stop using it, you will likely become dehydrated again. I think it all depends if you have a chronic problem like eczema or just dry skin due to the colder weather. I definitely like the pump-action hand lotion, but the green "jar" is good too. The foot lotion is amazing but I definitely feel weird on my hands after applying it. I have to wash them afterwards, which isn't a big deal, but I suggest washing my feet first, washing my hands, and then applying hand cream.
