About 4 years ago I was the happy owner of the Tab S2, which I bought on the 2nd or 3rd day from the start of its sales in the 2022, and with which I spent about a year instead of a phone, and before that I went with a Note 2022 tablet for almost a year, then switched to Huawei P8 Max with a 6.9-inch screen, and then phones with 6.5-inch screens went, and so I decided to try again, this time not as a replacement for a phone, but as a replacement for a compact laptop on Windows, because. models neither on m5 nor even on m7 do not please for a second with their performance, well, I must say that even a 1 kg laptop with a touchscreen is still much heavier in weight than a tablet and it is much less convenient to use. Nevertheless, the keyboard, even though it can be wrapped around its axis and made like a tablet from a laptop, does not add any convenience or a sense of reliability to the design. In general, while I am satisfied with the purchase, if you take it at a normal price - the thing is generally excellent, I will try to replace the laptop with it, I already ordered it for work so that they write the necessary software for android.

Pros

Just as they come to mind, not in order of relevance :) 1. Weight, dimensions and how it lies in the hands 2. Works very fast 3. I didn’t think that I would say this sometime, but even native software in the form of an email client turned out to be not so bad, I decided to use it for now! 4. The Dex mode, its actual presence and testing in the Samsung salon, finally convinced me that I "want to try" 5. Great screen 6. Gorgeous native case (in general, accessories native to Samsung are at their best, having tried the native case on Tab S2 with which I spent about a year every day and with which I later sold it, while the case remained in good condition) 7. The battery lasts a very long time, it's just unbelievable . I must say I used it more calmly than a phone, but for about 10 hours 10%, in my opinion, very little . 8. Great speakers! 9. Cons

The only tangible drawback in my opinion is the authorization / exit from the standby mode - to exit it, you either need to hit the screen with your finger 2 times and continue to hope that your face will be recognized or swipe your finger over the fingerprint scanner, and the fingerprint scanner is at the end on the button , it is decidedly inconvenient to use it, and face recognition works so-so in my opinion, so it turns out a small plug. I knew about these shortcomings, their absence is not critical, but what would I add: 1. A more powerful stuffing here would be Snapdragon 855 or at least 845, and 6-8 gigs of RAM 2. NFC 3. Memory in the base 128 (I immediately corrected it with a card, but I would prefer it to be just built-in) 4. Perhaps the absence of a stylus, but the way it is implemented in Tab S4 as a separate pen, it seems to me that it is also a very controversial decision, if it cannot be carried in the case, it is generally strange to carry a stylus separately . it is not often needed, and as a gadget the thing built into the case is not superfluous, but as an extra ballast separately - it’s generally not clear what .
