Attention iPhone/iPad users - This charger will keep you up at night

Your phone/tablet can drive you crazy once it's fully charged. When you connect it for the first time, your device will make a "pong" sound to indicate that charging has started; it is as expected. But once it reaches full charge, it will play the pong sound over and over again at about a minute intervals. This behavior can be remedied by turning off the device while it's charging, but if you want to leave it on to take calls or set an alarm to wake you up in the morning, you're out of luck.
