This is a very compact 3 pin surge protector that also has two USB ports. There is very little information on the internet other than the people who have viewed the product. I'm giving it a 4 because 1) takes up very little space and only takes up the top of an outlet, 2) value - two protected outlets + 2 USB ports for less than $10, 3) a power switch that lets you do this Turn it on or off - useful during a storm when you can just press a button and disable it instead of pulling it out. Once turned on, the power button will illuminate, indicating that it is working and protected. The USB ports work well, but don't charge any faster than my regular wall charger, but that's evident as it's rated at 3.1A or less. There's not much downside, other than there's no manual or documentation on the web, and apparently no one has ever tested it to actually withstand a thunderstorm. it claims to offer 5610 joules of protection, so we'll see!
