NOT FLEX-WAIST as advertised and as marked on pants. Our barbershop chorus selected these as our new uniform dress pants and bought approximately 25 pair of pants from various stores and on-line. Great fabric style, color (charcoal). Reasonable price, widely available KOHLS only has up to 40 inch waist. BUT NOT FLEX-WAIST.
