Our DVD collection got out of control. We needed a way to view and organize our movies. We bought two of these drives hoping they would do the job. The first came together fairly easily. However, I'm having trouble getting the second connection to work properly. Finally, I used sandpaper to clean up some of the edges where the shelves fit into the vertical brackets. I mounted the media storage units without spacers so we can fit at least one more DVD on the shelf. It worked well and we were able to fit our entire movie collection on two devices. These media storage devices can also be useful for storing and viewing video games and CDs. They're strong enough to be moved around without unloading their contents, but I don't want to climb on them or anything like that. The height and width are decent and they hold a lot of discs! I had to do a little more work to get them to fit properly, but they do what we bought them for: storing DVDs!
