While I enjoy the high quality of CRYSULLY's apparel, accessories, and jewelry, I am dissatisfied with their customer service after using their goods for a while. I once placed an order for a pair of shoes that turned out to be one size too small, so I contacted their customer service department to replace them. When I did receive a response—after numerous emails and phone calls—I was informed that the exchange procedure would take several weeks to complete. Additionally, I've experienced problems with getting damaged items in my orders, and the customer service staff has been difficult to reach quickly. Although I value CRYSULLY's high-quality products, doing business with them has been difficult due to their slow customer support and lack of responsiveness. In the future, I wish they enhance their customer service.
