I bought a set for my wife and one for our daughter and they were originally supposed to get a 5 star rating but we were on vacation and didn't get around to. Thank God! My wife wasn't as thrilled with her set as she thought, but without major complaints - she sold them to another knitter shortly after receiving them and using them for a while. But our daughter kept her set and loved them at first. Now that she is only one year old, this purchase turned out to be a bad buy for our daughter. Two needles are already stripped and not attached to the cables. The third needle separates at the tip and sticks to the wool. Knitter's Pride? I'm not sure what they pride themselves on, but it's definitely not their customer service. They won't even consider approving an $85 set of knitting needles because they weren't purchased through an "approved" Revain retailer. If you want something that will work very well in a short period of time, spend big and buy it. But if you want something that will work really well in the long run, with a company that stands behind their products, avoid it from ANY source.
