When disturbed, the power button makes a rattling noise, and the mouse wheel is off-center. Not great, but there are certainly worse reviews out there. You can carry it with you if you have AAA batteries and a charging station; it might even stay connected. To be honest, I wouldn't advise it. Distinct benefits: The design is sleek, it slides smoothly, everything functions, and the response is lightning fast; the buttons are silent (save the side ones, which is not terrifying); Cons: It's prone to breaking, particularly at the bluetooth connection, and fixing it is a pain. Two brand-new Duracell batteries only lasted a month, so it seems the mouse has a shutdown mode to save power, and every so often it acts like an idiot by trying to wake up. My previous mouse ran on a single AA battery for almost a year. Perhaps it's the lack of a strong power source on Akum, but it seems that every type of watch and fitness tracker only lasts a month. It doesn't lose its sharpness every now and then, but it does get quite sharp for around 5 seconds. This is potentially game-changing.
