Not very sticky

Perfect width tape. I like the looks. It's as thick as duct tape. It is easy to use and can be torn off with your fingers. However, it's not very sticky. I tried gluing it to fabric for a project and it didn't stick. I will glue it. Haven't tried gluing to paper yet.
