Computer boots and runs perfectly out of the box.
Bought to replace my 12 year old Shuttle which I assembled and has gone through Windows 7 and 10. The motherboard breathed out a few weeks ago and I decided I couldn't buy any parts and OS at a price close to that of a refurbished Dell. I've been using Optiplex for a couple of years now to renovate another room with no problems so I went down this route. This is a business class computer that should last longer than most consumer class computers and I didn't need a new display or keyboard. I paid a little more to get 16g RAM up front. So far, I am very satisfied.
