If There's any Adjustments they Should Make, I Think it Should be Giving Users Easy Access to Their Services

The moment you decide to begin reviewing companies, you get to see many different companies that before now, you had doubted their existence. This happen to be because of the characteristics such a company possess.
The company I would be reviewing possess a feature I don't really fancy and never thought of seeing it in a Retail store at all. This happens to be my personal side of view about it but I'm not sure of what y'all have to say about it.
This company is known as Zuma Office Supply. It is a company that seems to be from the United States of America. 
Checking out their website to get to know the services they have to offer me or any other person I would be referring to them, I got disappointed. This is not because of how their user interface looked but due to the stress I passed through when trying to access their service. The fact that one would have to go through a "captcha" happens to be something I dread so much. This is majorly because of how stress filled and annoying this process can be. 
When I was trying to access their website, I almost gave up on it as it was taking too much time. Thank God for my patience which helps me wait a little more and finally, I gained access to their website. I'm not saying activating "captcha" is wrong, I do understand the fact that they are trying to keep Robots off but all the same, the stress is really discouraging and I do hope they work on that fast to avoid swaying away potential customers.
After I gained access to their website, I discovered how much the company has put in to their website. I never found their website that beautiful but the materials they had for sale were quite cheaper. They ensured they made reduction to all the goods they have in stock.
