I bought another product a few years ago. One of the first on the market. The problem with them was that they didn't have enough magnetic force and they kept falling off. Good product. 1 universal cable that can charge multiple devices from different manufacturers (e.g. Apple) Magnets are strong and love that they glow and you can see where they are. The reason you need a universal external connector is because you're constantly pulling something into the outlet, and pulling something out causes the outlet to eventually fail. My $$$ Amazon Fire turned into a brick because the outlet broke. Otherwise everything is fine, besides, dirt gets into these nests. no whole, no exit. free from dust and wear and tear. These magnetic power (and data - but this one doesn't transmit data) connectors should be standard for electronic devices. I hope that one day they will. Microsoft Surface leads the way in magnetic connectors (but certainly not universal ones)
