Review on Lemons Needlepoint Kit: European Quality, Printed Tapestry Canvas for 16x16 Inch Throw Pillow by Amy Mcleod

When I received this in a small box, I thought . so! I opened the box and thought. so! I started embroidering and then I thought WOW START! I'm an experienced pointer and bought this purely for the theme and colors and am totally amazed. Pros: Vivid colors almost to the point of failure, tons of yarn, arrived quickly and well packaged, great instructions included (which you never get when ordering canvas), picture perfect, yarn quality is ok for the price, fun and quick project ! Cons: This is a beginner project (but I'm enjoying it), the needle is too small for the yarn, the sides are unbound canvas, and only on one side the painting on the canvas doesn't quite match the image on the website. Yarn: too much orange, green isn't dark enough and the threads should be "softer" in color. All in all, this is a good buy. Now think of everyone, the price is great and this will be looking for a newbie when it's done (I know) and you're paying $100-$150 to complete it, so it's a $200 after all -Deal. I love it but will not buy from this seller again just because I usually work on 18 canvases. Enjoy. Lynn
