To be honest the paint is not worth it unless it’s a weird formula? Dries way to quickly and hard to blend for them being oils even when using a thinner and linseed oil with it. I got these to get back into painting cause I loved the kit as a whole but the paints feel as if it’s just acrylic mixed with oil , and while I’m doing brush strokes it’s almost like weird texture with the paints and I’m using new washed brushes as well I bought on the side .I’ve used cheap oils and somewhat more expensive oils and these are still below michaels brand I expected a little better considering . Please change the formula and make them more like oil paints I feel very fooled by this set . Otherwise it’s lovely and good for the value just not the paints.it would definitely frustrate a beginner.
