USB 2.0 write speed only. Almost
The product does not match the expected writing speed. I ran an ATTO drive test on this drive with a USB 3.0 connection and only got 28.26MB/s write speed (but 115.7MB/s read speed). It's not as good as some of my best USB 2.0 drives. When I tested this stick on a USB 2.0 port, I got 34.1 MB/s reading and 16.8 MB/s writing. This is 3.4X better for USB 3.0 vs USB 2.0 read speed, but only 1.7X better than USB 3.0 vs USB 2.0 for write speed. None of the 10x performance improvements touted by Sandisk is out of the question. I would give 1 star but it really works. I'm only keeping it because I need a 128GB drive right now. If I could wait another week, he'd be on his way back to Revane.
