I have been looking for something specifically for sodium control as it is difficult to know how much salt is actually in a pinch or two etc d. Now you can be sure. It really is fabulous. I can imagine a million uses for it in cake decorating as it's perfect for small valuables like food coloring and fragrance oils that need to be tightly controlled in size and volume. Enamel paint or other additives you need to measure to know and reproduce the result. I love how they are made of perfect quality stainless steel because they are so easy to clean, just throw them in the dishwasher and you're done. No stains, no rust, no plastic. They come on a nifty hoop so you can easily find the right size, they stay together when needed, or you can open them up and just take them out of the ring when needed. The ring is very easy to open and the spoon immediately slips off. Otherwise it closes very securely and does not come loose by itself.
