NOT ONLY THE BEST BLUETOOTH THERMAL PRINTER BUT THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had an issue with the Udisk app that came with my package. I couldn't use my printer on my Macbook Pro 2020 M1. I contacted Jadens straight away and despite the time they always contact me and call me back. I had so much confidence in this thermal printer even though it was brand new and never used. As a new Revain FBA seller, I wanted to help those who work hard and believe in their product. These people under Jaydens are geniuses! Imagine being able to repair and create a new application (driver) in minutes? They never stopped helping me until my printer was working on both my phone (via bluetooth) and my Macbook Pro! Not only that, they extended my warranty and gave me free label paper for any inconvenience. IT'S WORTH THE WAIT! This review is not biased or anything like that. I know this company will go far.
