Review on VLCM Managed Print Services by Brian Vasquez

The print service is very efficient when sending large documents that are difficult for me personally to read without glasses! It allows my employees access remotely with ease which helps reduce costs by reducing office space needs (as well). I haven’t found anything yet at this point because everything has been working great so far!! If they did add an option where users could log into their account via mobile device would make things even easier than what already exists now. Definitely recommend using them if you need remote support/accessing files easily especially since our IT department cannot always get around fast enough due to time constraints etc.,etc.. Our organization uses these services daily along wihout any issues thus making all work more effective & less stressful overall. ! Overall good experience just wish some features were added such as allowing file transfers directly instead having someone go thru email first then follow up later after approval was granted -.- Not sure why though? Also adding another printer feature might also.
