Nice color and straps are great for backpack and shoulder. I was worried they might dig into my shoulders when carrying them on my back, but that's not really a problem. I gave 4 stars because I think the bag would serve my purposes better if it was about 30% larger. I want to put a normal notepad in it. Also, it's quite thin, although it has plenty of pockets for things, but they don't fit without taking up space elsewhere in the bag. I wish it was an inch or two wider. I bought it thinking that I can have my hands free when my little one is with me for shopping, at the zoo, etc. While I like the design that allows you to switch between a shoulder bag and a backpack, I wish they would offer a pocket big enough to fit my usual items (wallet, phone, glasses, hand sanitizer, lip balm, etc.) and still be able to drop a small snack, spill-proof cup and water bottle. I think I'll keep it because it's a good bag, but I have to downsize my wallet and what I carry to use it.
