I was surprised at the results of this. I didn't really expect much but this turned out to be a great device. It comes with two different size parts that fit in baby's nose and the suction is gentle though it can clear a lot of mucus. It plays music to help distract baby and its rechargeable. It came already charged and ready to be used. I've been using it consistently, multiple times a day for the past few weeks and it has not died yet. Its also easy to clean and it comes with a little case.
