Very moisturizing and not harsh!
I have naturally curly hair which is colored. I tried the shampoo and cream rinse for colored hair and it is more like a no poo on the first wash and suds on the second wash. With the cream rinse my hair was a bunch of knots. I recommend this shampoo and creme rinse because it has the moisture that us curly hair girls/guys need. This does not make my scalp itch like other products I've used in the past.
