I'm a weirdo with long fingers but some small/medium hands. This keyboard is very comfortable, but I agree with other reviewers that the input is oddly small for a right-handed user. I complain that this thing only lasts a few weeks on battery. I bought some rechargeable batteries for this, but I was surprised it was such a waste considering it's not even a full-size keyboard. I have another wireless keyboard that lasts a couple of years before needing a battery change (but it's not ergonomic making it a secondary or replacement keyboard). The main reason I keep this keyboard (besides the ergonomic factor, smaller hands compared to other keyboards) is the smaller size. I figured I could use a full-size keyboard on my desk, but I was bumping the mouse too hard, so I had to change it. Overall a great product and I love how the buttons are split and aligned rather than just taking a standard board and only splitting down the middle. If the battery life was better, that would be great.
