Review on Tobu by Joe Glass

We are using Tobu to manage our day-to-day operations, from sourcing candidates through offer acceptance. The platform has been easy to adapt to my business needs and I have found it very user friendly. There's nothing particularly negative about this product - just as with any other piece of IT equipment, you need to understand your requirements before purchasing to ensure they can meet all your expectations. It does what we want it to do so there isn't much else to say! Manage staff rotations, provide alerts when potential vacancies arise, keep in touch with clients throughout their journey within the agency network. I am able to monitor performance across teams via KPIs such as time spent per vacancy or average interview score. This allows me to take appropriate action if required.
