Review on Zmart by Mark Young

Zmart's collection of athletic apparel and footwear had me optimistic as a first-time shopper. My interactions with them were disappointing. Their products were of poor quality; many of the items I ordered arrived with obvious flaws like loose threads or damaged seams. Unprofessionalism and a general lack of regard for my satisfaction met me when I contacted their customer service team to inquire about a return. The whole thing was inconvenient and time-consuming, and I up up paying to send the products back. Overall, Zmart is not a place I would suggest to anyone in need of good athletic gear and dependable service.
