Yesterday I finally got around to installing this printer. I used the flash drive that came with it and decided to use the link provided to get the latest drivers from the website. After downloading the driver, I installed the printer and it was recognized by my computer. I am using Windows 11 Home. The printer took a few tries to get it right and I almost got it back until I figured out how to use it to print labels. I use bulk mailing labels and it really can be done with this printer. Although the printer is not recognized by programs like shipstation, it can be used as a regular inkjet printer. Another downside is that each label has to be printed individually, but they print quickly. Now for the actual printing. This part almost drove me crazy. I was able to print the labels but many of them were blurry, a bit too big and in one case the printer stalled. To clear a paper jam, load the paper evenly on a flat surface. If not, it immediately hangs. Next, to print the labels I had to go into my printer settings and use: select landscape, select advanced settings, scale (select 47 or 80) and print. This is the only thing that worked. The label was smaller than the paper but this allowed me to successfully print the labels from PayPal (they use Shipstation). Pressure scaling also reduced label smudging and made it sharper. If you are having trouble printing the label backwards, try changing the paper orientation. On piracy I was able to use the printer with a 4x6 (6x4) label printer setting and it printed full size with no blurring. . I would recommend this printer.
