The head is much smaller than the average adult, so training on this head is a bit more difficult. The included practice lash strips are very stiff and split unlike natural human lashes, so you don't get a realistic idea of what you're dealing with when practicing on real people. Overall, this set is best if you are a beginner and need to practice holding your tools. No glue is provided, and both sets of tweezers aren't as good as previous reviews have mentioned, so you'll need to purchase a separate set before you start practicing.
