My son spilled soda on his standard charger and I was very offended by him. Not as upset as I was at Microsoft, though. Over $100 for a replacement charger! No, boo-boo, I'm not doing that. Luckily I found and ordered this charger. My laptop started right up and has been working great ever since. Heck, I'm using it now to correct this review. If you have children, you will feel my pain. Overall, I highly recommend it as a replacement for an expensive OEM Microsoft charger. The company claims, like the battery, that it gets hot, and it's true. It's not boiling hot, but you can feel it warm. However, this does not cause any problems. If you don't have children, buy this charger! :P
