Have ordered this item twice in bulk in 4 years of Airbnb hosting. I was delighted with my first purchase: an economical, neutral scent with cute packaging. Unfortunately, my last order had problems: the packaging was damaged around 20% of the soap (gaps showed the soap) and the soap itself turned into a discolored, white, flaky composition. Many soaps were chipped or completely broken. I won't be buying them again, instead investing in higher quality Thymes soaps that Airbnb hosts get 20% off.
