The support line for this company is a joke, during normal business hours they record walking around, the website has places to post your concerns and complaints but asks for information that isn't in of the box are listed. Assembly seems easy until you actually have to assemble everything because things don't match up, the threads on all the pipes are barbed, you have to pre-thread the studs in all the holes so they can accept the screws (this way you can They achieve a high level of re-threading.) Then the battle begins as they don't match, the design looks like it will snap together easily, but you're applying quite a bit of torque and holding it long enough to turn the screws to get these pipes bolted together. The real problem is that I have an extra tube that seems to be in use and the articulating arm isn't working. Only the flickering lights come on, the cellphone rotates the clip at the top where you attach the bears but only a 3/4 turn and then it stops and makes a continuous buzz, the music plays slowly and is very scary that is by the way with the new duar a cells. There are no instructions on how the buttons work on this phone BUT it seems to have MORE buttons than necessary. By that I mean I can't figure out what all those buttons SHOULD do, even if they worked. There are 1 to 3 songs, 2 types of lights, 1 rotating mobile. more buttons than I see functions. I only recently wrote to the company as they have a small card in the box asking them not to return it to the store but the support line is a joke and the website has yet to be seen. Fingers crossed that they will help but I won't hold my breath / return this unless they contact me in a day or two. I'll report here if something has happened. I've just been reading other reviews, I'm pretty sure the reviews aren't just about this bassinet, it seems like people look at different models based on the features they are talking about. -------------- ----------- I just filled out the forms to return this via Revain, Delta (NYC folks) don't return calls that I automatically have messages with lies about getting in touch with you. The website has a form that you can fill out and nobody answers you. The main problem with it was that I didn't find it new. for this reason. The main unit looks new and the cell phone does not work nor work, BUT that is NOT for this mount either. The cell phone in this set has buttons that do not control anything that is in this bassinet. I've been looking closely at the photos of other bassines and saw these buttons, they seem to control the vibrator that shakes the bassinet! So it's weird, why is this in my box? and broken on top of that. Another thing, it looks like an extra pole in this box and it is used, has signs of wear. Crazy, right? Well, I thought nothing hurts, but it's still weird. also both ends of this package have been opened and sealed. Maybe it has something to do with all of this. Anyway, baby is here now, I took another cradle and this one I will return. UPS.
