I bought this bag because it was lighter than the one I had. It was heavy when it was empty, let alone all my crap in it! This large bag/purse was the PERFECT choice! If you carry a medium sized bag (14x16) with all your regular items and some everyday items (cups, snacks, etc.) this bag is awesome! It is very light and has a nice clean gray lining and side pockets inside. The inside zip pocket is a bit small, but that's ok. I wish the top zipper was silver instead of gold, but I can live with that (I cut off the stupid strap and the gold plate that was hanging from it - ugh - looked cheap!). I keep my lip gloss, my reading glasses and my phone are in the open pockets but I did a little work and sewed one of the pockets in half to make 2 holes so my lip gloss would stand up! The grips were touched up a bit upon delivery, but will likely become smoother over time. In general. I LOVE this bag as a "casual" bag and I can definitely see the difference in less weight and now I do NOT feel like a "pack mule" anymore! Sooooo happy with it and it was at a great price. I.
