One of the sensors, a tiny mother of pearl stone, was taped to the lid of the box when the box was opened, not the earring where it belongs. Obviously little attention is paid to the assembly and durability of this item, especially if it falls apart in transit, and no action is taken to prevent this. This is a gift so I'm glad the stone fell into the box as I would be really upset if the stone fell while the recipient was carrying it. Either way it was a waste of time and there is no excuse for selling a poorly installed item.
