I don't know what it is. everything else works fine for some reason the solar panel won't charge the battery anymore i charged my phone with it and i was sitting outside my phone was almost dead i had to call from the network i followed all the instructions and then the next day when i got outside my Turned on the radio I thought it was still charged as the solar panel supports the battery, to my surprise my radio doesn't work. I suspect the solar panel really isn't deadly. Luckily the crank still works and I can plug it in and charge it that way. My suggestion to anyone who wants this, save your money and buy the best for $60 or $100. 🤷 ♂️ Just be honest
