Black spots on the yellow handle, probably returned, no instructions, poor packaging and no screw. Went to Ford to get an extra screw cost me $30. Now, in collaboration with CS, we'll see if they get it right. Currently 1 star for headaches. Is it OEM? NO! WHY IS PART NO. ANNOUNCED BY FORD? THE TIME WILL SHOW. They didn't fix it, went to Ford to buy the gear, no refund, and use it. But my bad, should have, but no. To find the box, disassembly is not worth returning. Stay away, created and supported by Asia.
