Fantastic travel case for art supplies!

I bought this colorful case to store chalks, oil pastels and small tubes of watercolors as I already had a travel case (180 compartment faux leather pencil case) for pencils and drawing paper. , colored pencils and markers, conte and charcoal pencils. The inner elastic bands in the first section were wide enough to hold two chalkboard-sized chalkboards, and the bottom pockets were perfect for oil pastels (Photo 6). I placed a sheet of packing foam between the sides to keep the chalk from breaking during the transition (visible behind the open box in Photo 2) and cut the cardboard paper to tuck into the bottom pockets. Then I folded the paper over the oil pastels, so that they do not fall out when opening the case (photos 3, 4 and 5). On the back of the case (Photo 7) I found that each strap can hold a much larger tube of watercolor, or the smaller tubes can be folded in half to make room for acrylics. It contains a small sheet of plastic and a folded cotton rag, the bottom mesh pocket now holds both types of my brushes, and the outer zippered compartment on the back holds a small plastic pallet and knife (Photo 8). The superior case lacks the best handle and strap to help me travel while holding both art media cases with a walking stick. I have found that each strap can hold a much larger tube of watercolor, or smaller tubes can be folded in half, to make room for acrylic paints. It contains a small sheet of plastic and a folded cotton rag, the bottom mesh pocket now holds both types of my brushes, and the outer zippered compartment on the back holds a small plastic pallet and knife (Photo 8). A great case is missing a better handle and straps to make it easier for me to travel with both art media cases with a walking stick. I have found that each strap can hold a much larger tube of watercolor paint, or the smaller tubes can be folded in half to make room for acrylic paint.
