I love this backpack. I originally bought this for a day trip with my son's class (I was tired of rocking his Minecraft backpack from last year) because I knew I needed to be able to carry a lot of stuff. The tour hasn't happened yet, but I use it when I go for a walk. The padded and contoured shoulder straps are very good. The inner pocket is perfect for my laptop, which is nice because I don't have a laptop bag. However, I'm really impressed with the outside zip pocket. When I opened it up I was pleasantly surprised to see another zipped pocket inside! I feel safer leaving my phone or wallet inside. I am very happy with my purchase.
