Better than nothing
This is a good harness to help you releve the strain on you back. However as you move I find my self adjusting the straps I wish there was more elastic on these they don't move with you as well as I would like that work best while standing and work the worst when sitting. Any cop can tell you we sit for long times in a car and still need the gear not putting strain on the back so it better than nothing
