Pour oil into a hot pan or add it to a recipe is very convenient. The bottles are the perfect size. I have to use cooking oil for baking if I don't want to refill every few days. I wish the toppers were a little better but - get what you pay for. They didn't break, but they don't always close on their own and are difficult to remove to fill. I'm always afraid I'll break it if I try to take the topper off.
