To be honest this is the third charger I've bought. The first suddenly stopped working, the second, which I wrote a review about, broke down at the point of connection to the laptop. You sent me a message that I only saw over time. This was after 2 uses. So, I bought this current one in November 2020 while I was in the States, hooked it up 2 days ago and nothing. The same happened with the first. I'm not sure if the manufacturer will send you defective products, but you should all take this into account. Now I'm back in Jamaica without my charger. FML. Please take care of this issue.
