I purchased this for simple house cleaning. Because it is advertised as a commercial quality item I assumed it would be somewhat sturdy, it is not. While using it I was afraid to apply to much downward pressure as the handle is very flimsy and I was certain it would break. Along with that it comes with a soap bottle that at best might hold one and a half ounces of fluid, pointless. It does come with extra mop heads and a scrub brush attachment. I find the scrub brush attachment to be pointless also as scrubbing would require increased pressure which would break the handle. If you were really careful and gentle with the mop handle you might own it long enough to use a few of the eight extra mop heads but highly unlikely. In addition to all of that the bucket is very small, again, not a commercial unit. This might work well for a one room apartment with a light cleaning load and a ninety five pound operator? I did find that it did rinse the mop head out well and spun the mop fast enough to remove the extra water. If it were not for the fact that I felt the thing was going to break at any moment I might have been able to give it three stars.
