I recently bought this chair and it seems comfortable at first but I'm still getting used to the chair. Picked up quickly and without problems. Love the angle of the seat and the fact that you can sit like a stool by putting your feet next to the knee brace. Some lap chairs have the seat reclined at an awkward angle. The adjustment is very good and the ability to raise and lower the knee brace is nice. The only downside, and I suspect it's fairly common, is that the wheels don't roll smoothly. They end at an angle and since the screw part doesn't go straight up and down, the wheel is in one position by default and they won't spin if you try to roll over. Due to the way the chair is adjustable there is no guarantee that it will raise and lower perfectly to pivot easily, so I don't see any way to deduct a full point for that.
