I mainly use this brush for styling and I like it for some looks but not all. First, it's very easy to run through my hair, I use it once when I first get out of the shower, and it never tugs or snaps at my hair. Also, when I blow my hair out, it never snags, pulls out, or has tangle issues. The black rubber strip at the top of the handle really helps you grip it when using it to blow and twist your hair. When I use these I notice that my hair is shinier and smoother than when I use other brushes or don't use a brush at all. In addition, it dries the hair very quickly because the diameter of the brush is very large. The size can also be a disadvantage. Even though it's a round brush, my hair looks straight at the ends because it's so big you don't get rounded edges when I use it. Also, it's not the best way to get volume at the roots because it's so big. If you want volume and rounded ends I would go for 1 inch. Also, if your hair is shorter than shoulder length I don't think this comb would be great because it would be too much comb for your hair. However, if you have long hair and blow dry it often, I recommend this hairstyle for a shiny and sleek look.
