Ideal for free motion quilting!
I bought a pair of other darning feet as a new free motion quilting machine. This foot is the best I have found. It has enough feather and visibility to make my quilting projects a lot easier. It also fits perfectly on my high shank Singer S 16 as others have mentioned since the machine is essentially a Janome 1600P. I highly recommend this leg.
