Overall the grips are nice. I put them on my Elite controller after the rubber grips on my Elite controller started to fail. I removed the rubber pads before putting on the Kontrolfreeks. I like the feel of them, they give the controller a bit of "meatiness". I've also found that I don't grip the controller as hard when gaming so my hands don't hurt after a long session (I'm old). They're certainly well-made and comfortable, but they're not specifically designed for the Elite controller. You WILL work on one. You will need to make a few small and simple modifications to the handles to make them work with the paddles used on the Elite (see photo). The handles are too thick for the paddle to push all the way in and function properly. But that's easy to fix. Basically, attach a spatula, circle it with a pencil, remove the spatula, and use a pointed knife to cut out what you need. So far, so good. And I really like these grips over the OEM grips. And for 15 dollars. winner winner.
